Here's the questions we get asked most often.

Can I try it for free?

Yes - it's always free to search. Currently we are running a free trial period - anyone can sign up and have free membership until 30th September 2015. After this time you will need to login and activate a payment of £50.00 per year, payable up front.


What is the cost?

It's free for anyone to search. To be a member costs £50.00 per year. This is the total price there is no VAT charged on top.


How do I pay?

We take payment with PAYPAL. You don't need to have an account with them you can just supply the card details when prompted.


Do you automatically renew?

No, we don't like Companies that do that. We want you to choose to be a member and so you choose when to pay us.


Can I pay by Direct Debit?

We can't take monthly payments, as the administration costs would push the price of our membership too high. We wanted to keep the cost right down to make it affordable for everyone. We take one annual payment.


Do you have an App?

No we don't have an App as that would drive up the cost of membership. But you can click the Add to Home Screen function on your phone and then you get a small square icon on your screen which takes you straight to our website.


How can I be sure a member has told the truth on their profile?

We work on an honesty basis. All members must agree to tell the truth and be honest on their profile. There is no point in lying because this is a small industry and they will be caught out. You are welcome to cross reference any profile with IMDB or call a referee on their CV. Should anyone be found to be making a fictitious profile they can be disabled from the site.


I've already got work, why should I sign up?

Even if you are already busy this site is a great place for you to store all your contact details and updated CV in one place where all employers can see it. You can also use your profile to say when you will next be available for work. This is especially useful if you are currently out of the country.


Can I use this site to find work abroad?

Currently we only operate in the United Kingdom. We will look into rolling out our site worldwide in the future.

Trouble uploading a CV?

You can upload your CV as a PDF or Word file .doc or .docx. We recommend PDF as most people can open them with no problems.


Trouble with your profile picture?

Our site makes your profile picture into a square. If you are having trouble please crop your picture into a square first.


I want to have more than one job role?

Currently we don't have the ability to facilitate this. But while the free trial is on please feel free to create a 2nd profile while using a different email address. When the trial is over please email us for advice.

You can also say where you are based?

When you get work and make your profile Not Available you will still appear on search results so it's a good idea to let Employers know when you will next be available for work.


Can I use my Agents Details?

Yes please put your agents telephone number and web contact. Just add info into your bio asking employers to contact your agent using the number provided.
